Good value, perfect location, tasty breakfast, efficient staff. You could walk to the shops and all stores. The pool had waterfalls and a jacuzzi...

Spectacular location, liked the tapas restaurant. Location near a private beach.

Fab location, really comfortable facilities. We loved restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel. Worth every penny view, a beautiful balcony, very clean bed, too. The staff did all they can for a magnificent stay. Variety of various drinks, such as beers and wines in the bar.

Small place to stay for 3 days.

I liked this nicely designed hotel, its upscale location and proactive staff. The bacon, eggs, fruit and hot waffles were decent. The cosy queen room was common and themed. Close to bars and restaurants and a train station available walk from the property.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean inside, I loved it.

My bed was too soft.

Spotless & good-sized venue, magnificent views. Enjoyed the king room we had. Colourful hotel located close enough to all good restaurants and shops and downtown.

decent personnel, clean pool plus lovely garden. the room was super, super with a comfy bed. an elegant rooftop restaurant was open on site. gorgeous location to a spanish colonial revival courthouse. also, i liked how gorgeous the location was. luxury overall experience.

Staff was five star, breakfast was light with coffee, bacon and cereal. There was a popular restaurant, stores and a market next door. I had a really comfortable stay at this ideal hotel:)))

Every detail here was fantastic, including staff and location. Restaurant was pleasant and neat.

Relaxing bed, TV set, microwave and hairdryer, comfortable room. Personnel was willing to help, thoughtful people. Pool was well-maintained and there were a sauna and a whirlpool. Good wines and beers in the outdoor bar, small parking place. Best possible location, close enough to State Street, nonetheless the area was really busy.

The breakfast they served was average, hope one day it will definitely be improved.

Clean hotel with an incredibly comfortable location and PRETTY FRIENDLY staff. Nicely furnished room, lovely bed. The breakfast was satisfactory, coffee, cereal and bacon. Outstanding venue, 10 minutes' walk from the downtown.

We truly enjoyed our time here. The bed was comfy and location was FANTASTIC. Furthermore, it had private parking. It was minutes away from Santa Barbara city center.

It was worth its 3 stars. Queen room had everything we needed. The place is so close to Santa Barbara downtown.

The staff and location were all lovely. There's galanga thai restaurant within 5 minutes walk or so, truly enjoyed their menu.

continental breakfast was nice, staff was excellent. a kitchen was a great addition. we had goodies and coffee at joe's cafe, it was located minutes away from the venue. in addition, free wifi was a plus.

Location was excellent and the staff was friendly! It was our trip and we would definitely book again.
